Quit Vaping Program?

Quitting vaping isn’t easy—but it’s possible with the right support. Our 8-Week Teen Quit Vaping Group Therapy Program is designed to help teens not only put down the vape, but also tackle the stress, habits, and emotions that keep them hooked. In each counselor-led session, teens learn practical tools for handling cravings, discover healthier ways to cope with anxiety or pressure, and gain encouragement from peers who understand exactly what they’re going through. This group isn’t just about quitting a habit—it’s about building confidence, resilience, and a brighter future without vaping.
